The GINTEC team embarked on a special team-building trip from August 29 to September 1, heading to the magnificent northwest region of China—Qinghai and Gansu. The purpose of this team-building activity was to enhance team cohesion.

On the first day, the company team arrived at Qinghai Lake, the largest saltwater lake in China, where the natural scenery was refreshing. Team members participated in a meaningful team expansion training by the lakeside.

As the journey progressed, the GINTEC team visited the Mogao Caves in Dunhuang, Gansu Province, an important stop on this trip. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, the cave's mural art provided team members with a more intuitive understanding of the ancient Silk Road culture of China. At the foot of the Singing Sand Mountain, the team also experienced the excitement and fun of camel riding across the desert, which deepened their understanding of teamwork through this unique experience.

This team-building trip was not just a simple travel experience but a profound process of learning and growth. Through this activity, GINTEC team members not only deepened their understanding of traditional Chinese culture but also gained a clearer perspective on the company's future development. After sharing this unforgettable journey, team members expressed their commitment to engaging in future work with renewed enthusiasm and higher efficiency, contributing their efforts to the company's growth.

Geodetic and high-precision GNSS measurements require accurate knowledge of the reception characteristics of the GNSS antennas used, making antenna calibration essential. In pursuit of superior product accuracy, GINTEC entrusted the third-party organization GeoService GmbH to perform a professional calibration on its G50 antenna (certification name: GING50 NONE). The calibration employed the robot-based Geo++® R-GNPCV real-time calibration system to obtain an absolute mean GNSS Phase Center Variation (PCV) type. The acquired absolute PCV data includes the following features: absolute 3D offsets, absolute PCV values, PCV from 0° to 90° elevation, elevation- and azimuth-dependent PCV, and is entirely free from multipath effects. The resulting PCV values are independent of the reference antenna used and enable comp...
