  • Q1. How far apart can the device and the phone be?

    A: Since the device and the phone rely on WiFi for communication, considering the potential environmental interference and fluctuations in the amount of data transmitted, it is recommended to use a phone holder to fix the phone to the device and not let it come off.

  • Q2. Can't find the device's WiFi?

    A: Please restart your device and try searching again with a different phone. Please check if there are many WiFi signal sources in your environment; try again in a different environment.

  • Q3. Why can't my phone connect to the app after connecting to the device's Wi-Fi?

    A: Please check if any other mobile phones are connecting to this device.

  • Q4. Why can't the APP connect to the device?

    A: Please check if your phone has granted the app location permissions. Restart the app after granting location permissions.

  • Q5. Why does the connection seem to be interrupted during the scan?

    A: Please turn off your mobile data and ensure your Wi-Fi connection remains constant. If the app fails to automatically reconnect, please test with a different phone and report this phone model to customer support. (For iPhones, please keep the app in the foreground and the screen constantly on.)

  • Q6. The computer does not recognize the hard drive?

    A: First, ensure the device is powered on. Second, connect the device using the original data cable provided by the manufacturer or a high-speed data transmission cable that supports the USB 3.0 protocol. Finally, confirm that both ports are securely inserted.

  • Q7. What kind of charger do I need to charge the device?

    A: It is recommended that the charger power be between 35W and 67W. A steady flashing blue light indicates normal charging, and a solid blue light indicates that the battery is fully charged.
